Platinum Point is a prestigious development of luxury apartments on the Firth of Forth in historic Newhaven, close to the centre of Edinburgh. The Platinum Point Owners Association was formed on 13th September 2006.

The Association aims

• To safeguard the interests of the flat owners at Platinum Point;
• To oversee all matters pertaining to those parts of the development that have been completed and handed over by the developers to the owners, and to act as a focussed contact point for the Factor;
• To ensure that all the common property of the Development and of the Stairs is managed, maintained or dealt with in such a way as to be in the best interests of the owners;
• To ensure that the obligations and prohibitions of the Deed of Conditions are met by the Factor and, through the Factor, by the owners (and their tenants where relevant)

Membership:

Every owner or joint-owner of a flat at Platinum Point is eligible to be a member of the Platinum Point Owners' Association. In the case of company ownership the Company Secretary or nominated representative shall act as a member at Association meetings.
